Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met. “Kevin and Jesse were both super helpful. Walked in, close to closing time, with a older phone that was having issues. They found that the SIM card was bad and were able to quickly switch it to an e-SIM and get it operating flawlessly. While there, I addressed a billing issue. They found that my older plan was billing more than I needed and upgraded to a newer plan, saving me +$20/mo.
Both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate them for helping me out!”
