The store, helpful staff, are amazing and super nice. Employees keep helping you find more shoes and try their best to find shoes when they don’t have the size. A sales associate helped you order a new pair online and send it to the house. The staff are sweet and patient, even when a purchase didn’t fit the way you wanted. While the store may not be perfect, one employee went above and beyond, helping a couple even with greatly inconvenience. The employee is stellar and should be rewarded.
Brendan was a delight. I spent almost 20 years working in mall retail and it is rare to come across someone with such an infectiously positive attitude. I went in to make a simple converse purchase and I am still thinking about what a good experience it was a week later.
