“The experience of buying my table was great. The table is beautiful. You can tell the quality is amazing and will last a long time to come. Something that even can be passed down to my children. Truly if you invest in your dining room set, you will get yours money worth.What I didn’t care for was the communication. That is why I wouldn’t give 5 stars. I bought this table back in mid September and had to call several times. Until I someone finally connected me to a manager because no one knew what was going on with the table. I understand things get backordered, or production slows down. But a simple phone call, is decent.I called again the week of thanksgiving and they said it was in and they would need like two days to prepare it.Makes me wonder if I didn’t call would have I had before thanksgiving for our dinner?Like I said, the gentleman who sold it to me Jim, amazing, quality AMAZING.But I’m sorry, this business could use some training in calling customers back just to see where their order is. I don’t have a tracking number online where I can check stuff or anything. So that is very frustrating.I’m in the process of looking for a patio set, I saw the flyer your company sent out about the sale and am at a loss if I want to go through that again if I will have it by the end of the the summer.”

“We purchased our mattress last Spring. We chose a very plush, soft mattress. We ended up finding that the mattress was too soft for our liking and I attempted to reach out to the company via their website. We did not hear back so I contacted the local store we purchased our mattress from roughly 6 months after we made our purchase. The store got hold of Lady Americana right away and was given the go ahead to help solve the issues we were having. The local store set up a time to come out and look over the mattress to be sure there were no defects and offered for us to come back to the store to test out a new mattress. We chose one that was a bit more firm than the original mattress we purchased and it has made a world of difference! We are finally getting great sleep and I am very appreciative that Lady Americana worked with us through an issue that was no fault of their own. Great quality and even better customer service!”

“I was out on a mission to find the perfect recliner my husband would love,in our price range (it is a costly time of year/Christmas time).
I shopped for 6 hours in Grand Rapids (I'm from Hastings). Started at Bob's Discount. Then Watson's,Box Drop(Scott was very nice and not pushy),back across the big city to Ashley Furniture and Value City Furniture.
Well...I returned home with no recliner.
The next day I took my husband back to Drop Box so he could sit in the recliner I thought he'd like.
Needless to say,he DID love it!!
Again, Scott was working and very helpful. We bought a great recliner at a fraction of the cost,it would have cost us at any of the other places!!
Will definitely do business with these folks in the future!!
