“I visited the Ashley store in Grand Rapids Michigan looking for a blue loveseat. My sales person was Michael. He was most courteous and most helpful. He took me around the store showing me the various items that I might be interested in, measured when I need to check something and was very patient with all my questions. Another note that I’d like to make is that the showroom in Grand Rapids was one of the nicest, well put together showrooms that I have seen in a furniture store. I was recently in the Ashley store in Aberdeen, South Dakota and that showroom was nowhere near as well put together as the Grand Rapids store . When I am looking for furniture or accessories in the future I will certainly check out the Ashley store in Grand Rapids I was very pleased with their presentation, their service and the value offered.”

“We bought a new couch about a year ago, it was top of the line,we went with the expensive one because of the top grade leather so the color didn't wear off. Unfortunately it started to wear. Brought in a photo of the wear, Holly the gm and Grace our sales person got right on it to get with the manufacturer. Within two days we had an answer! Their is a reason to buy top of the line,quick response and a company standing behind their products!

“My husband and I went into your 28th street store on Tuesday of this week. We were greeted by Sara Landon who was friendly and enthusiastic. We just needed a twin mattress for a daybed, I wanted a flippable mattress, and yes they still make them. She went over the features and benefits of the different mattresses and I made my decision. Then we discussed the foundations and we decided that the bunkie board would be more support than the current springs. Mattress protection, two amazing pillows, and we were done, I thought. My husband is going back for the pillow protection covers.

“We purchased our mattress last Spring. We chose a very plush, soft mattress. We ended up finding that the mattress was too soft for our liking and I attempted to reach out to the company via their website. We did not hear back so I contacted the local store we purchased our mattress from roughly 6 months after we made our purchase. The store got hold of Lady Americana right away and was given the go ahead to help solve the issues we were having. The local store set up a time to come out and look over the mattress to be sure there were no defects and offered for us to come back to the store to test out a new mattress. We chose one that was a bit more firm than the original mattress we purchased and it has made a world of difference! We are finally getting great sleep and I am very appreciative that Lady Americana worked with us through an issue that was no fault of their own. Great quality and even better customer service!”
