“My wife and I got married in late March and began pursuing our first home shortly after in April. We were referred to Scot Veneklase of Treadstone by our realtor, Alicia of Five Star Real Estate/Ark Avenue.
I messaged Scot on a Friday and he gave me some available times for a quick information gathering phone call on that upcoming Monday.
A short 20 minute introductory call, and then set up a zoom meeting for my wife and I to discuss mortgage options and get set up for pre-approval.
Scot took time away from his getaway up north to meet with us at a time convenient for my wife and I. He ran over numerous scenarios for different down payment amounts, closing costs, mortgage amounts and terms. We felt very confident after our initial meeting.
That zoom meeting was on a Thursday, 4 days later we viewed our first 2 homes, one we loved.
We made an offer the very next day, April 14th, it was accepted on the 15th, Scot's team was able to allow us to seamlessly close on our home May 1st.
We were able to use electronic docusigns for almost all of the process, which was very convenient for our busy schedules. All required documentation was easily uploaded or emailed to the Treadstone team.
We received the keys to our new home in LESS THAN 30 DAYS from the very first email to our real estate agent.
We were not stressed one bit, amazing experience for our first home purchase, would use again and highly recommend!”
