“Along with their sister store.. Wally's Castle, I could spend hours and hours looking at and admiring all the wonderful booths. If you're big into antique shopping...go there! You won't regret it.”
“Stephanie was amazing! She listened to what my daughter wanted. She reassured us, made it easy to pick the perfect dress for my baby girl's Sweet 15... next week! I am so impressed by her service and will forever refer and recommend her and this location!”
“What a fun place! Tim is amazing and such an eclectic collection of things! From clothes to albums to books, costumes, dishes, dolls, stickers, patches and so much more! We go there everytime we're anywhere near Grand Rapids!”
“The best of the best! Flashbacks is easily the best vintage store in Grand Rapids. This absolute gem always has something surprising and unique. I’ve been through thrift stores all over NOTHING compares to this shop. Peri and her daughter are creative, kind, and always putting together the best outfit ideas!”
“Cannot say enough about how great this place is, how awesome the inventory - and what wonderful people the owners are. They clearly have a great eye for quality mid century furniture - and I LOVE their commitment to making it accessible”
“It’s honestly my favorite boutique! It’s such a quant little boutique that offers all types of retro styled clothes and accessories. They sell a large variety of women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing and they have the cutest vintage trinkets. Randi the owner is absolutely amazing and so so sweet. I come whenever possible to help support this small business. ??”
“They have wonderful vintage pieces! They are so welcoming and so sweet ! I love the prices and it’s very affordable for the vintage items they sell !! 10/10 check them out !”
“Really cute place, small but had great items, bought a couple dresses quite unlike any of my other dresses. Great prices, great selection, great staff. My only thing is the mannequin by the changing room makes it hard to close the curtain without a gap.”
“The best place for gifts (self included!). I am fond of vintage jewelry, particularly turquoise and have found pieces here unlike anywhere else. Such a joy to converse with the folks here!”
“I had a neighbor who moved into my apt. building and had no furniture. I could not believe how friendly and warm the owner was, and gave us a discount on a sofa she was selling, and chair and table. It really helped us to be able to find a few pieces for her. They also helped move the couch and furniture into the van. Such a nice place and good people to help.”
“Picked up a couple of books. They had a decent selection of books. It was a bit more run down and hap-hazard.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon.”
“I really like this thrift store for offering more unique and edgy pieces than a typical thrift shop. They also categorize by colors so its super easy to find things in the colors you want. Plus, their selling model is super easy to work with compared to some other shops. Just walk in, they evaluate right then and there, and then you can text to communicate on whats selling or scheduling a pick up of unsold clothes”
“I really enjoy shopping at this Goodwill location. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always seem to find unique items at great prices. It’s a pleasant shopping experience, and I love knowing my purchases support a good cause.”
“Wow, so many rooms to check out with everything vintage, retro, antique that you can imagine plus a few other artisan stalls. Plan on spending at least an hour, maybe 2 here. Popcorn station for shoppers as well.”
