“Just came in for the first time looking to start collecting Pokémon cards with my siblings as a new hobby! Didn't know what to expect, but did some research before hand on some packs we were interested in. We came in and left here with such good vibes! Diego was super kind, shared his thoughts, and helped my little sister and I choose our first booster packs together! We bought a Scarlet & Violet 151 Booster Bundle (great pricing, lower rates when comparing to online competitors). Out of the two booster bundles that were in stock in the glass cabinet at the store, we let Diego decide which one to bring home with us. We opened up the booster packs as soon as we got home and pulled a Bulbasaur #166!! Could not express our excitement. We will definitely be back and have this be our go to place in continuing our collection. THANK YOU DIEGO!”
“Awesome store! The employee was great, very helpful and pointed out the way so we could get our hands on the new games we were looking for. So if you are by the mall but don't want to get stuck in line or ignored by the employees busy with the volume of customers they striggle with, look no further! We left happy and didn't have to wait forever to buy a few games!”
“Team is friendly, keep a well-organized store, and are very helpful whenever you have questions. I recently was quoted a better price by another store on a PS5, and they honored that quote, even though the other person was wrong. Never had a poor experience at this location, other than them occasionally being closed due to being short-staffed.”
“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. “I recently switched from T-Mobile to AT&T for my cell phone service and after a couple of weeks, I realized I was very unhappy with my service with AT&T.
