“Right across the street from shopping mall! Perfect! This is a newer Staybridge. Super clean, has plenty of amenities, and the rooms are large enough. The kitchenette is much needed and appreciated! Bathrooms are clean and not right when you walk in, which i love! The property itself has a a pool, fireflies with large outdoor seating for everyobe to enjoy. There's a cute pathway in the back for morning coffee walks and you may see deer!! At night, you come across fireflies. So beautiful! Very quiet hotel. The buffet area could be slightly larger, but will suffice if you have patience. I regret not taking more photos to share with y'all.”

“Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the customer service was genuinely outstanding. The room had a water front view and very comfortable, quiet, and had all the little touches that made it feel luxurious. The location was convenient, in the downtown neighborhood , the amenities were excellent, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay that come with free breakfast and drinks and snacks during your entire stay.”

“Holiday Inn Downtown has EXCELLENT SERVICE!! The Front Desk has welcoming smiling faces. They was very polite. The Lobby Attendant Margarete was so helpful. I asked her for ideas and directions. She was a big help‼️ I told her she should become a Concierge. The lobby and restroom was nice and clean. I would definitely revisit this location again.

“We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids! The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything downtown has to offer. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing weekend.
A special thank you to Meghan at the spa for an outstanding massage. She was professional, attentive, and truly made for an exceptional and rejuvenating experience.
We also want to recognize Nate with valet services. His warm welcome, friendly attitude, and outstanding hospitality set the tone from the moment we arrived. He consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. The entire valet team welcomed us each time we returned and bid us fun as we went off to our adventures.

“This is a great downtown hotel to stay in. Clean rooms. Quiet hallways. Pretty much all you could hope for from a hotel. Except that they charge $11 per person for a mediocre breakfast. Pretty much the only hotel in town that does this. Seems kinda petty? Yeah but there’s the rate and the parking costs. So keep your $11. Just my .02.”
“Beautiful hotel, had a lovely stay. Only downside is no hotel parking. If you can manage streetwise parking, its really nice and there are lots of parking garages - just no lot for the hotel itself.”

“This hotel staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My daughter was having surgery at Corewell Health South Pavilion early morning. So we stayed overnight as the hotel was conveniently located 4 minutes away.
Sadly I booked through booking.com which I want to stress I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN. There was a problem and the company was a nightmare to work with. Justina and Serena went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME DEAL WITH booking.com. Words cannot express how grateful I am for those two. I’d give it a 10 star if I could for service

“Visited during a pretty busy weekend in town. The gentleman at check-in was very courteous despite a clearly hectic day. The room was clean; there were lots of people coming and going, but I didn’t hear any majorly disruptions so it wasn't that bad. Breakfast was well-organized with good hot options. About a 10 minute ride into downtown without the chaos of paying for/finding parking!”

“We stayed here for two nights. It definitely looks kinda sketchy from the outside but it was a pleasant stay! Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the pillows were abnormally small and they only provided us with two, which was slightly uncomfortable for two people. Hotel itself is right off the highway so getting into town took less than 10 min which was great. Good location for the price!”
“my partner logan and i and our cat have been staying here for a while now since our eviction back in april. the staff is friendly and amazing!!! older motel that has been spruced up. clean and housekeeping do their best to keep the motel clean. neighbors are nice, just trying to get by till they can find an apartment etc. it's a place of 2nd chances, and a chance to rebuild hope. i only wish the weekly rooms had a bigger fridge that also had a freezer.”
