“We were on a trip to Michigan from Pennsylvania. Stayed in this town for a week. Went to Skips 3 different times. All times they were super helpful and friendly. The most important and awesome thing that stuck out the most (besides how friendly and helpful they were) was during one of our stops there I asked about a Skips hat, that day they didn’t have any but he said he would mail me one when they didn’t have them. Well I say that to say He is a man of his word. I received the hat today in mail in Pennsylvania— THANKS ??????”

“I stopped in here on my way from PA to the UP for some local dries and a little help with some stream beta. These gentlemen were OUTSTANDING. They hooked me up with some flies (remains to be seen if they work!), some gear, a sweet new shop hat and lots of good info. I wish my local fly shops were as well stocked and helpful.
