βThis Rite Aid became my default after the closing of the store on Allen Rd & Oakwood. It was sad that Allen Rd closed too it was my default since late 2012 I had a wonderful relationship with my Pharmacist they took very good care of me. Preet was at the Allen Rd location before I stared coming there and she was amazing always there smiling quick, and efficient she handled all my vaccines and covid shots so gently. Here at store #04445 Southfield Rd. location I was happy working with Pharmacist Brandon he was a sweetheart he always found good rx discounts for me, he was so easy to talk with, and briefly Preet came to the same store so I had both my best Pharmacist under 1 roof!! Now no Preet nor Brandon again, no quality phone service which I truly miss!! Rite Aid has so many great points the we will not see again, calling a pharmacy now you have to leave a number and wait for a call back regardless what your asking about then the rude managers answer NO questions nor will put you through to speak with pharmacy it's "call number and THEY will call you back," they do not attempt to find or get you discounts on Good RX or your secondary insurance. Most pharmacies left are no where near the care and quality that Rite Aid staff showed their customers! I will MISS your stores Rite Aid I hope you rebrand and open with the same staff Good Luck my fingers are crossed for NEW AID return!!! XOXO!!!β
βVery sad to see them shutting all pharmacies down. Best chain pharmacy I've ever dealt with... I cannot locate the pharmacist. They had no notice prior to being told they are closing. Corporate told me all RA pharmacies are closing.β
βHelpful and friendly staff cottage cheese from Mister Fresh is the best . Best thing about Mister Fresh is that you don't have to get out of the car to get what you need.β
βIβm going to miss this Rite aide location in Rockwood Mi.. Everyone is so courteous, the pace is safe and clean . Hours of operation perfect.. what a shame our economy is closing this down. β

The employees here are always super friendly and happy, making every visit a pleasant experience. Whether Iβm stopping by for gas, snacks, or just a quick drink, I always leave with a smile. βThe staff here were so friendly and kind. I am on a medication that has been out of stock and on back order for a while and had been unable to fill through Express Scripts. I called this CVS and the pharmacist, Zayna, offered to add me to the waitlist for when the medication became available again. Well, this afternoon I got a text that it was ready and was finally able to get my medication! I know the store doesnβt have any control over when the shipments come in from the manufacturer but I still really appreciate her going above and beyond to put me on the waitlist since it helped to me get my medication, which has truly made my day! ?β

βThis gas station has multiple safe easy entrances and exits...very clean presentable grounds...nice spacious areas between gas pumps....and cold coolers with good selection. In my top five gas stations and a must to hit up if I'm in the area.β
βBest party store in southgate and may even be the best in downriver. Sam n' Rita always take care of ya and the prices on EVERYTHING are below average. Never had an issue and always feel welcome when shopping there. 5/5β

βI like that it's close to my house in a pinch if I forgot to get gas the night prior, but this place for whatever reason is always way more expensive than every other place around it, unless it's a holiday weekend. Then it's comparable to everything else for a couple days before the others drop the prices after the holiday. Staff are super super nice though.β
βWell it was the first time I had this young cashier in the express lane... she was very helpful with the fixing of any problems but she was not very friendly ... tried to make small talk but she didnβt say boo!!.. at least smileβ

Of course, thank you Trish for thinking of us when sending it and I especially want to thank Katrina and her associate for not only dropping them off in the lounge, but for taking the time to find me, advise of the lunch and to sincerely offer condolences. I just thought that was so nice of them. And OMG, the subs were absolutely amazing and delicious! I will be ordering these in the future. βSince the new ownership has started the place has just bloomed. The outside of the building looks freshly repainted and bright colors. The gas pump areas clean and they keep ontop of not letting their garbage getting out of control. The inside is clean and everything looks neat. The couple staff members I met were nice. Congratulations on your opening of your Gas Station!β
