While they didn’t have red lentils in stock this time, there were several other types of lentils along with a solid selection of beans and other pantry staples. It was easy to find alternatives, which made the trip worthwhile. The store is clean, bright, and very well organized. The aisles are simple to navigate, and everything feels straightforward without being overwhelming. I also appreciate how affordable the prices are — it’s one of those places where you can shop mindfully and stay within budget. The produce section looked fresh, and the middle aisle always has interesting seasonal or household finds, which makes each visit a little different. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the overall experience felt smooth and convenient. Even though they didn’t have exactly what I came for, I still left satisfied and with everything else I needed. A dependable stop for everyday essentials at great prices.”

Thanks to these points, I usually get at least $1.00 off per gallon of gas twice a month.The membership also includes free items and discounts on many products I regularly buy, making it a great value overall. Because of this, Kroger is the only grocery store I shop at regularly, except for fruit and vegetables. While I usually prefer buying produce at a farmers’ market, Kroger’s selection isn’t bad at all.Overall, the membership and fuel points program really save me money and make Kroger my go-to for groceries and fuel.”

    “I have to tip my hat to the latest owner and operator of Goddard liquor store. There has been 2 other owners since I started shopping there as a kid and the previous owner was great and will always be remembered and loved by the neighborhood but I must say the neighborhood is lucky to have gotten the new owner. He cares not only about the service being A1 but also the store and the products being tip top. The store has tremendously improved on all aspects over the last 7 to 8 months. I've been shopping at this store since I was 14 years old and this is the best version it's ever been. Clean updated and new items coming in every week. Top selection of liquors as a liquor store should have. I recommend you come check it out for yourself if you're someone who quit coming after old man Sam retired, I'd bet you would be pleasantly surprised to see how much it has improved. The 2 employees I met were excellent and very friendly and I believe the younger guy was there for years as well and I received nothing but great service from them unlike the sunglass wearing guy that is no longer there anymore I believe. Don't take my word for it tho go see for yourself or don't. THANKS Samir for making my neighborhood store way better then anyone thought possible.”

    The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York.   • Walmart Expands 30-Minute Delivery to 33 Markets

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
