It's not uncommon to hear the staff (or what appears like family members all working together) get into little arguments here and there. I think it's quite funny lol.. Business wise, they're cheaper than any other pet supply around. Pet smart wants to charge something like $15 for a medium sized bully stick (dog chew stick) and K9 has the same size one for $5. Great prices. Lines can get ridiculously long so you gotta learn when not to go, otherwise, it's a great store.

18540 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe FarmsHands down, money well spent. We rescued a 2 year old dog with behavioral issues. We had trainers come to the house, had him on anxiety meds, watched tons of help videos and after trying so much....I had decided to re-home him. Which wasn't easy because he nipped already. My husband was not totally on board with rehoming him and wanted to give animal learning systems a try since our vet recommended them.After meeting with Jim Lessenberry and being told there was hope, we went for it.Evan was our dogs trainer throughout the entire program and he trained us as well.He was PHENOMENAL.We have the same sweet boy now but he is so well trained and easy to handle... just pure joy with him now.If you are on the fence about spending the money but really love & are attached to your pup, you won't regret it in our opinion. We literally tell everyone because we are so excited for the positive changes it made in our lives.

18584 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe FarmsService was superb. Lobster roll is $8 for a bite size serving but pretty good. Lobster Fried rice was on the saltier taste but the amount is not skimpy. I loved the music playlist for a Friday afternoon. I would probably come back for HH only though.
