I originally came in looking for options to help with my dog’s allergies, and they took the time to walk me through different foods and supplements without any pressure. Their recommendations have been spot on. I now regularly buy Raw Performance Pure Turkey, along with a few supplements and treats, and it’s one of the few places I’ve found that truly accommodates dogs with multiple allergies.
They also go beyond just being a pet store by hosting in-store events like seasonal photo sessions and nail trimming, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, it’s a great local shop with staff who clearly care about what they do. Highly recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience when I purchased my grooming table online through Ren’s about 8 months ago , but every time I go into the Windsor store in person, it’s a completely different experience thanks to these employees.
They are always so helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. As a professional dog groomer, I really appreciate staff who genuinely understand grooming products and take the time to answer questions and help customers find what they need.
Shanna, Caleb, and Delaney consistently go above and beyond with customer service and always make shopping there a positive experience. It’s employees like them that keep me coming back to the store.

It was as if they either had too many tables, or not interested in serving us ? we received our food no steak knife, no sauce options for the steak. The pauses in between what a normal expected flow for waiter to customer was concerning for expected standard of the restaurant. Gratefully the food was delicious ? , the steak, the salmon the potatoes and asparagus the presentation the amount of food blended very well. The atmosphere was relaxing and our view was nice off the water.

When I submitted my application to adopt her they answered so fast, I was able to get my baby after only a week after submitting my application.
