“This is a good place to go if you need high quality landscaping tools. Redmax, Shindaiwa, Echo, X-Mark, Scag, Toro. They can be pretty helpful and if you're a professional landscaper you probably already know. They need to open thr bigger location they were supposed to open years ago. The size of the location is one of it's greatest shortcomings. Because of the size there are very limited floor models to look at. I would like to see a mower in real life before purchasing. I would have purchased an upgrade to my mower by now if they had a good one in but they haven't. That might be good though, keep us from unnecessary upgrades.”

“Yesterday I needed a bunch of grade 8 bolts for the coupler on my trailer. I went to Menards and they had just enough stock to be dangerous, not one washer in 1/2” and the bolts would have been short. I took all of the items I had in my cart and left them in a big pile on top of the bolt bins.
Calmly waked to the truck and drove over to Suburban Bolt, walked in and ordered exactly what I needed. They had that order pulled with in an hour. I got exactly what I needed to complete the project correctly at a price that was less than box store prices.

“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”
