“Best store I've been to in a long time!! Moe is super knowledgeable. Both Moe and Nissant are very friendly and took care of me for my cell phone screen, microphone, and the black box for t.v. including understanding the remote. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend for your electronic needs. TV and couches in the waiting room so you can relax while waiting for your repairs. Awesome experience I'll never forget. Thanks Moe and Nissant it was a pleasure meeting you both. ? Just bought a new phone 10 months later and Moe is AWESOME!! PRICE was topnotch and service unbelievable unfortunately my old phone died in transfer of info but I know they took care to recover and transfer. Best place ever!! “I stopped into the AT&T store in Grosse Pointe Woods to switch my service from Verizon, and I have to say this was one of the best mobile provider experiences I’ve ever had. I first worked with Dalton, and then with Alec and Oz, and the entire team was outstanding from start to finish.
What really stood out to me was the realness of everyone there. No pressure, no upsell games, no confusing answers - just honest, straightforward people who genuinely want to help. It was easily one of the most simple, smooth, and transparent transactions I can remember when dealing with a phone carrier.
Usually, these kinds of experiences feel a bit… icky. You know the vibe—not quite “middle of the mall kiosk,” but most stores definitely have shades of that energy. This place was the complete antithesis of that. It felt clean, direct, and refreshingly human.

Well Jason, Paul's younger brother was absolutely AMAZING He found that our current phones were unlocked and that all he had to do was get us new SIM cards and set up the new phone numbers!!! If that wasn't enough he was able to get us into a deal monthly for the 2 lines that blew me away!
