“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”

The gentleman that help us was very patient, knowledgeable, and informed me of discounts that I didn't know applied to me. I live in Ypsilanti, and my daughter in Grisse Point Park. Someone had stolen my daughters phone and she pays her bill here. One guy called her iPhone and said something to scare the theif. The bum brought my daughters phone back to this store. I will be going in tomorrow to purchase the gateway package.”

“This disc replay has alot more of a selection compared to the one in troy and luckily they don't have alot of duplicate titles. they have alot of blue ray movies which I do enjoy to collect but N64 games are slim but they do still have them. Prices are not too bad and the service reps are very helpful and quick in response time”

Other stores in the area are “Authorized Dealers” who couldn’t care less if they setup your contract incorrectly. The store clean, the people are helpful and knowledgeable, and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen.”
“I don’t actually have a security system for my home, but one time I went there with my mom and me once, really nice guy there, I askedfor a yard sign but he did not have one, so instead he gave me a nice hat, window decal stickers and some information cards. Overall, really nice place and people.”
