“I want to single out Dre at Charles Schwab for his outstanding customer service. He said he was in Eastpointe, MI. I could not find an office there on Google Maps. Dre was EXTRA helpful. I have spoken with 3-4 Schwab agents now. Dre stands out. I explained my needs and goals. I needed to sell. I explained that my mind works a little different from other folks and sometimes I understand things super fast and other time it takes me a while to process. Dre offered to jump on my session and teach me how to do accomplish what I needed. He stayed with me for the whole ordeal. AND THEN he helped me get prepped for the tasks I need to do tomorrow. If I were a hiring manager I would provide compensation to Dre to show how valued he is and to make sure I retained him. Excellent job, Dre.”

“I don’t normally deal with anyone from this branch. I’m closer to the Frasier location. But I needed something from my own branch and my branch manager was on vacation the week before Easter, I was routed over to the manager at the Saint Clair Shores location who was covering for that manager. Much to my surprise it was one of the nicest and most helpful customer service experiences I have had in years. The manager at this location, whose name is Kim could not have been any nicer or any more helpful! It honestly was a pleasure to have gotten her on the phone. Just when you think that customer service is a lost or forgotten art someone like Kim comes along and renews your faith in humanity. PNC, I hope you’re listening this lady is somebody every manager within your many locations could take advantage of learning from. Bravo Kim, Bravo!”
