“I don’t normally deal with anyone from this branch. I’m closer to the Frasier location. But I needed something from my own branch and my branch manager was on vacation the week before Easter, I was routed over to the manager at the Saint Clair Shores location who was covering for that manager. Much to my surprise it was one of the nicest and most helpful customer service experiences I have had in years. The manager at this location, whose name is Kim could not have been any nicer or any more helpful! It honestly was a pleasure to have gotten her on the phone. Just when you think that customer service is a lost or forgotten art someone like Kim comes along and renews your faith in humanity. PNC, I hope you’re listening this lady is somebody every manager within your many locations could take advantage of learning from. Bravo Kim, Bravo!”

“I was changing my debit card at this PNC bank and Pearl is a very nice person. His was helping about cancel my old debit card that is scam from some websites that I didn’t not sign up for. I felt bad about it. If anyone looking to do the same thing. I would recommend go to this bank is not busy and manager is very helpful. I’m happy about it???”

“Jon G. @ this branch was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate when we reached out to address an issue regarding a family member's account being compromised while recovering from serious medical issues. We had tried to resolve the issues via the call center but we had not made much progress so we decided to reach out to a branch and meet with someone in person. We couldn't have gotten luckier to get an appointment with Jon. He listened patiently to the details of what happened and them immediately took action to ensure accounts were secure. He also reached out to the appropriate departments to ensure the investigation was moving forward. He also advised us on additional steps we could take at home to address security issues beyond the bank's scope. We left feeling like a huge weight was lifted! Thank you again to Jon for being such a blessing for us during this stressful time!!”
