“I went in needing rear brakes for my 1998 Audi A4 and expected the worst because of the condition of the rotors and calipers. I also expected the lug nuts to be a big obstacle and sure enough they had to replace 3 or 4 that broke; However Rich and the crew came through and saved the day and (money) and managed to save the calipers.
