When I submitted my application to adopt her they answered so fast, I was able to get my baby after only a week after submitting my application. “Very cool local franchise with solid inventory of choices. Dog and cat food mainly, they do have other supplies. Lots of extras and services available, worth looking around, reading signage, and definitely asking questions.
While there are a few kibble brands I don't find there, they have several I do like. And with a loyalty program between the stores, it makes my life a bit easier.”
“I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at the Hungry Pooch on Dougall Ave. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
I originally came in looking for options to help with my dog’s allergies, and they took the time to walk me through different foods and supplements without any pressure. Their recommendations have been spot on. I now regularly buy Raw Performance Pure Turkey, along with a few supplements and treats, and it’s one of the few places I’ve found that truly accommodates dogs with multiple allergies.
They also go beyond just being a pet store by hosting in-store events like seasonal photo sessions and nail trimming, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, it’s a great local shop with staff who clearly care about what they do. Highly recommend.”

“I just wanted to leave a review for three amazing employees at the Windsor Ren’s location: Shanna, Caleb, and Delaney.
I had a very frustrating experience when I purchased my grooming table online through Ren’s about 8 months ago , but every time I go into the Windsor store in person, it’s a completely different experience thanks to these employees.
They are always so helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. As a professional dog groomer, I really appreciate staff who genuinely understand grooming products and take the time to answer questions and help customers find what they need.
Shanna, Caleb, and Delaney consistently go above and beyond with customer service and always make shopping there a positive experience. It’s employees like them that keep me coming back to the store.

“I went Beste's to get some rocks and dirt delivered to my home. The guys at the service desk were great; the elderly gentlemen (I unfortunately didnt get his name) was very informative and knew exactly what I needed as I described my project.

“Walking in to Oceans and Seas is like walking into a dimly lit cave of wonder. Soft blue light emanates from the dozens of tanks that line the walls and shelves. Each tank is filled with everything from the common guppy to more exotic cichlids and their stock changes from week to week so you're never sure what you'll find.
It's a quiet shop. The vibe is low key. You won't be hounded by sales associates as you peruse the tanks, but you will need to seek someone out if you find something you want or have a question.
The more brightly lit part of the store contains tons of supplies as well as tanks and stands. Prices are reasonable and for the most part, they beat the prices of big box pet stores.
I've bought several fish from here and never had a problem with any of them. It's one of the only places I was able to find the lovely blood parrot cichlid and I have a total of 4 I purchased here, all thriving in my tank. Also was thrilled to find African Dwarf frogs here after checking around everywhere!
Definitely worth a visit or 2 or 3!”

“I love this location. It’s so easy to order online and do a curbside pick up. And pricing is way better than Amazon or the other option with chewy. Plus, I like going in the store, especially during Halloween time to look at costumes for the dogs and bringing my dog with me. I love shopping local. Plus, I’m signed up for the email so I love it when I get a nice coupon and updates on deals.
I wish they had more ability with their website with wishlist. Like how Amazon does. I would love to see a lot of the local rescues around us using them. I would definitely be more inclined to purchase for rescues.”
