“I was changing my debit card at this PNC bank and Pearl is a very nice person. His was helping about cancel my old debit card that is scam from some websites that I didn’t not sign up for. I felt bad about it. If anyone looking to do the same thing. I would recommend go to this bank is not busy and manager is very helpful. I’m happy about it???”

“I usually handle my banking online but recently I needed to handle something with my business account in person. I called into the branch to ask a question and Alison Walker helped me on the phone, even calling me back immediately with a follow up. When I went into the branch to finalize my business I was met by several agents saying hello and ensuring I was assisted in a timely manner. There were several customers there, including an elderly gentleman that I could tell needed a lot of guidance. Every interaction I thought was kind, positive, patient, and efficient. I was really impressed with the customer service I’ve experienced over 3 phone calls and two in person visits. Thanks again!”

She help us to finish up before our appointment time.Then She send us to banker officer to open bank account for mom. It was very fast and easy helpful by Banker SAIMA. She is very good . Five 5 stars . Finally when we left last person on the door she was very good and happy smile to say goodbye.”
“I had an appointment to open a few accounts. When I arrived the person at the front desk greeted me and asked me to have a seat, also asked if I would like coffee or water while I wait, nice touch! I opened a business and a personal account. They explained everything in detail and I was able to get a debit card immediately for both accounts and start using the accounts that day. That was good cause I had some things to take care of! I had a great experience. The staff were great; patient, friendly and explained everything to me. Not often you can go into a bank and have that type of experience!”

“I had to go to this location 2 times today. After being closed yesterday for Veterans Day, they were extremely busy each time. They moved very quickly, professionally and were beyond friendly. Despite a few Karen's or Negative Nancy's complaining about the line of people (6-8 people). I mean for heaven's sake it took 5-10 minutes to move through the whole line. Kudos to an amazing staff. Shame on the lady threatening to leave a bad review after receiving incredible service. Get a life!”
