“Great customer service. The staff is always there to help, and they have a good selection. I only take a star off for the prices. They're really expensive, but the convenience of not having to go to Houghton if you're working on a project in Hancock is nice. Their stuff also tends to be much better quality than the discount junk you can get at Walmart.”

no need to drive into Houghton or any further, the odds are great that this Ace hardware already has what you need.

“Cheaper tools and equipment than a lot of local hardware stores. It's a big box store! Nothing I've bought from here has felt too junky, although I don't buy the cheapest stuff to avoid disappointment.”

It was Labor Day when I had called to see if he had what we needed. He said they're closed, but he was still at the store and opened it just to help us out. His kindness alone made our day! “Nice little business in Iron Mountain near the "North Side" packed with your plumbing, electrical, outdoor stuff, paint, nuts and bolts, you name it needs, so that you don't have to go to the larger company owned store where the people there may not have an answer to your question or know what you want. If you walk into Campioni's you will have a knowledgeable employee greet you right away and who has skills and understanding of what you need and will take you right to the aisle. I have gone in with goofy requests that I don't even know what it is on my list and they do! I love this store.”

“Can’t say enough good things about HighRock Hardware. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Len was incredibly helpful and really knew his stuff—he walked me through a tricky issue with some old plumbing and made the whole process easy to understand.
What could have been a frustrating experience with leaky pipes turned into something surprisingly smooth (and even enjoyable). His in-laws (owners) and coworker were just as friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
This is officially my new favorite hardware store—I’ll definitely be back.”
