“Great hometown hardware store. Two young men helped us with our purchase. They were excellent; they worked together to answer our questions and sort through some of the details of our purchase (a Blackstone). I wish I knew theirs names; the receipt says "manager2." This should be a 5-star review but the young woman at the check out (another cashier) ruined it. Sassy...eye rolling...sarcastic. Maybe retraining is in order.”

“Used to go here in the 90s--changed quite a bit. The customer service in the hardware section are pretty helpful. I mean I've turned into a grumpy old man but these people are pretty pleasant. The chicken strips are solid too.”
“Out of 3 other hardware stores, Swift's is the only store that had what we needed. Not only that, but the owner is extremely nice and caring. It was Labor Day when I had called to see if he had what we needed. He said they're closed, but he was still at the store and opened it just to help us out. His kindness alone made our day!
