“Best boot shop in Michigan. I had some boots that the waterproofing failed. Like 3 pairs! Every time they gave me a new pair. The last time I went in I brought my own Lil basin/tub. They filled it up and I stuck my feet in it to make sure it was a good pair. It was. I was so happy. Thank you Zach. You are the best and you have a customer FO LYFE.”

“Bought a pair of Dunham shoes for my husband who works in a plant and has severe plantar fasciitis and two different sized feet. We have wasted close to a thousand dollars over the last five years trying to find shoes that don’t cause my husband severe pain. Dave had my husband try on five different shoes multiple times until he found the right fit. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and the shoes are American made! I highly recommend this store to anyone that has difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable and fit properly. We will definitely go back to Footwear Footcare in the future.”

“The inside of the store is well kept and really nice. Staff seemed friendly. A warning to the neurodivergent folk who visit though. The sound the front door made when I opened it was so unpleasant that I almost audibly gagged right there in the entryway. And I am severely hearing impaired. That was a sensory nightmare. I understand that is something that the employees don't exactly have control over though.”

“I visited Tecovas today to buy a pair of boots I had been eyeing. Rory helped me and was so friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just plain nice that I ended up buying two pairs. Rory offered to let me leave my bags until I was done having lunch. When I got back Rory had hand written me a note of personal recommendations for an area I was soon moving to up north since I am from another state and taped it to my packages. I have never had a salesperson do something like this before. To Rory’s manager and Tecovas as a whole, Rory is a priceless asset who represents your business so well that I will only shop with him in the future. He deserves a raise, bonus, and company-wide recognition for his customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go see Rory if you’re thinking of getting a pair of these AMAZING boots. Oh yeah, the boots are absolutely stunning, comfortable, and I’m a Tecovas fan for life now. Thank you Rory!”

“Stopped at Harbor Freight and got what I was looking for! As a whole the Hoover 11 Shopping Center has a decent selection of retail stores. They could do a better job keeping the entire place a bit cleaner. That can be said about a lot of shopping centers though. It was not busy at all when I last visited. If you need something from one of the retail stores there definitely stop by. You should be able to find what you are looking for.”

He was so polite and helpful 😊 The jersey was originally $175 but with the 40% off the gift cards I had and the 15% off that DJ let us know about after we signed up with a Nike account online the jersey came out to be only $44!

“I didnt used to care for this Location because the Women always have their faces frowned. I went in the Guy said he's been there for 11yrs and the young Lady folding with him had greet personalities and Customer Service. I haven't been in a while so maybe they've had a change in staffing”
