“Reliable and consistent I'd say. Overall monthly prescription refill generally will be stocked, although, a few times I had to wait a day for it to be shipped in store. Pretty sure that's a distributor issue not the pharmacy. Staff was helpful and quick to give the information I needed in the meantime.”
“The best pharmacy I've ever used! I've been with them since they opened and I'm not going anywhere unless they close down and are no longer able to fill my scripts. The staff is friendly, they deliver when I'm unable to drive to them, and they've got great out of pocket pricing compared to all the other pharmacies I've used; honestly-i think this pharmacy is worth way more than 5 stars!!! But that's all Google allows, so five stars it is (×2 or ×3 or ×5)!!! Definitely worth switching to. The only flaw I think to mention is regarding their hours of operation, which could be hard for some people to be able to pick up prescriptions during, but that's recently has improved and now they are open an hour earlier and stay open an hour later to make it easier for customers with busy schedules: new hours Mon-fri 8a-6p Sat 9a-3p I believe but you can double check their hours by searching them on Google.”
“First time Costco customer, first time in the store. It was a Tuesday and I felt like it was nuts in there. I've had a Sam's Club membership for years, but compared to Costco, Costco seemed larger and have more selection of items. I'm most likely going to keep my Sam's membership too because they both have items I like.”
“It had a line, but it moved quickly, and the best part? Any line worked! The hose to the gad nozzle is long enough to go around your vehicle and get your gas on either side no matter what side the pump is on.”

“They seem to usually fill my scripts within just a couple hours of them being called in if not even sooner and if they're not filled when I try to pick them up give them about 10-20 minutes and they'll get them filled. Definitely a good and convenient pharmacy!”
“I work across the hall from them and go in there almost daily. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family!! A huge kudos and shout out to Sam, he is always willing to take time and find the best prices on our family's medications. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond!!! Highly recommend :)”

“This Kroger is AMAZING! I wish they put half as much attention into the stores in every area! Perhaps not artisan cheese or meat depts that have lobster. But just cleanliness! This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.”

“Not the cleanest of Meijer stores. Disappointed today that the entire deli chicken area wasn't available to purchase. It was completely filled but none for sale. This location is always in disarray.

I am thankful she was there to explain what we needed. The list our doctor had printed out was very confusing so she printed out a easier chart for us to read. We have added Ms. Ilieski to the list of wonderful pharmacists at our local Hartland Kroger's

“I am the Deli Lead now. Hours are posted on a bright yellow sign. I do my best to serve all of you, but these posts are all 6 months old, or older, so any issues faced were before my time. I've been here 6 weeks. Any issue you have, please let me know and it will be addressed. I cannot change open or closing times, but I CAN do my best to make sure you leave with what you came in for.Yes, we have been understaffed, but that is through circumstance and beyond our control. Any other issue you have, make me responsible for it. Cause if I'm not properly serving you guys, then im failing, and I need to find out where we should be doing better.”

“My 7 year old son recently came down with Swimmer’s Ear; his prescription was sent over in the late evening by my pediatrician. I called to check status at 7:55 pm, and the pharmacy was closing. Instead of telling me I had to wait until tomorrow, the incredibly kind pharmacy workers told me to drive up, and they would get the script to me. My understanding is Swimmer’s Ear is quite painful; I am so appreciative that the pharmacy at CVS was willing to work past their long hours to serve my family. They were pleasant and understanding when I arrived ringing the drive through bell after hours. What an awesome group of service individuals.”

“I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MEIJER PHARMACY. I DO SEE SOME PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT OR HAVING TO CALL THEIR DOCTORS FOR REFILLS. SOME DOCTORS OFFICE'S WON'T ALLOW THEM TO REQUEST A REFILL THE PATIENT HAS TO CALL AND REQUEST IT. MY ENDOCRINOLOGIST OFFICE FOR EXAMPLE IS ONE OF THOSE OFFICES. ALSO THERE ARE A LOT OF PATIENTS THAT THEY HAVE TO WAIT ON AND THEY RUN INTO ISSUES. YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT FOR YOUR TURN. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD AN ISSUE AND YOU WERE RUSHED THROUGH IT

“I have been shopping at Kroger for years. I had a positive great experience as I was in the freezer department. A young lady named Reagan helped me find the frozen potatoes I needed for party this Sunday.
I was welcomed by Matt who remembered me & waved as he was bagging the groceries. I will always go through his lane. Also a shout out to the young man Alexander whom was very pleasant. He said it was his first day on the job.

I was in Kroger mid-afternoon (possibly during the late shift) and had been craving Brie. While browsing the cheese cooler/island, I noticed a basket of elevated specialty cheeses and stopped to take a look. A woman working that section approached me, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly friendly, insightful, and genuinely helpful.
She took the time to talk with me about different options, recommended the Double Cream Brie, and even showed me a Peruvian Pepper Jam to pair with it—something I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. I’m currently munching on it, and it is absolutely delicious! The combination was perfect, and I ended up purchasing both.
I really just wanted to recognize the woman working that section. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made my shopping experience memorable. Outstanding customer service and a true asset to the store. Thank you so much”
“The Brighton Walgreens has been a very good place for me to get the assistance I need with mine and my father’s prescriptions. My father’s are a bit tricky sometimes but the staff, whether in person or over the phone, has been extremely helpful. I know the wait time in person or on the phone can be long at times, and I feel like the associates could feel overwhelmed, but I have never had an associate seem the least bit impatient with me - it’s like I’m the first person they’ve had contact with that day.
The cashiers at the front end are always kind and courteous when I come in, and ready to help if I need them.
I love my Brighton Walgreens and will continue to recommend them.”

He walked me to where he thought the product would be, no go and it wasn't showing up as a product on his phone at their store. We went our separate ways. No biggie.
