Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o’clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. “My 7 year old son recently came down with Swimmer’s Ear; his prescription was sent over in the late evening by my pediatrician. I called to check status at 7:55 pm, and the pharmacy was closing. Instead of telling me I had to wait until tomorrow, the incredibly kind pharmacy workers told me to drive up, and they would get the script to me. My understanding is Swimmer’s Ear is quite painful; I am so appreciative that the pharmacy at CVS was willing to work past their long hours to serve my family. They were pleasant and understanding when I arrived ringing the drive through bell after hours. What an awesome group of service individuals.”

“I am the Deli Lead now. Hours are posted on a bright yellow sign. I do my best to serve all of you, but these posts are all 6 months old, or older, so any issues faced were before my time. I've been here 6 weeks. Any issue you have, please let me know and it will be addressed. “It's not magic, you will have to wait for your meds, but the are polite, professional and caring for everyone. Don't be a Karen--demanding and rude--when your information is requested. They must legally have to to dispense. Don't yell at the techs, they cannot override the Pharmacist. You may be grumpy and sick or in pain, but that doesn't make them a punching bag for your big feelings. Grow up, be nice, be kind. Use your manners. Your lapsed script is your fault, not theirs.”
