“You have to have a Costco membership to purchase this gas. You’ll need to insert your membership card before paying with debit or credit card (VISA only). Costco has the cheapest gasoline across the country so I don’t mind paying for the membership because it pays for itself in the long run”

“I made several phone calls to two CVS stores, just trying to transfer a script from one CVS to the other CVS. Both stores gave me the run around. I gave up on CVS and called People & Pets. They got the script transfered and filled quickly. I go there now instead of CVS for all prescriptions. The difference in service is clear. There are so few private pharmacies left which is unfortunate. I'm really happy to have People & Pets in town.”
“Very helpful staff in the pharmacy and in the Women's Department today. The u scan attendant is always cordial and not staring at his phone like at another Meijer store (near work) that I also frequent often.”
“My medication was “lost” in transit for 9 days. I could get no answers from UPS until Sarah from Keystone intervened - calling UPS multiple times daily which finally resulting in my meds arriving. She also kept me informed via calls and texts daily. I really appreciate her dedication to my wellbeing. Many thanks Sarah !!!”

“I shop here regularly and always have a good experience. Today Tim was working in the butter aisle when I asked for help finding a product. He was AMAZING! He walked me to where he thought the product would be, no go and it wasn't showing up as a product on his phone at their store. We went our separate ways. No biggie.
A few aisles later there's Tim with the cranberry juice we couldn't find! Thanks Tim for going above and beyond for me today! It made a big difference in my day. ?”

“We had a very kind pharmacist help us today, Her name is Zana Ilieski. She was so helpful with what shots we needed. She was very patient with us. I am thankful she was there to explain what we needed. The list our doctor had printed out was very confusing so she printed out a easier chart for us to read. We have added Ms. Ilieski to the list of wonderful pharmacists at our local Hartland Kroger's

“Before I went I checked Google and the store website to see when the meat department opened for over the counter service. They both said 10 am weekdays. So I timed my arrival just before 10, picked up some veggies then proceeded to the meat department 10:07. When I got there the lights were still off but 1 person was behind the counter so I asked him why it wasn't opened. He informed me that they were still preparing the trays and it would be open soon.
I am sorry this is not the way to run a store. I left and went to Matt's for my meat. Won't be going back if you can't depend on them.”
“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from CVS and what a relief. CVS was becoming a headache for everything! Calls speaking to 4 pharmacists at 2 different locations over the duration of 2 weeks trying to figure out why I couldn’t refill my medication that had refills. I finally tossed in the towel and switched to here. What a night and day difference. They were so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and I had my medication ready within a couple of hours. Transferring was seamless. 5 stars, deserved. Thank you!”
“We ordered a chocolate sheet cake with whipped frosting. Cake looked great and tasted great - everyone asked us where we got it! The party girl and her guests were totally wowed. The decorator (Carrie) was very talented, and we enjoyed seeing her get creative with the image we gave her. Thank you, Kroger!”

“Reliable and consistent I'd say. Overall monthly prescription refill generally will be stocked, although, a few times I had to wait a day for it to be shipped in store. Pretty sure that's a distributor issue not the pharmacy. Staff was helpful and quick to give the information I needed in the meantime.”

“I had an absolutely great experience with this pharmacy. Although they wouldn't transfer the prescription without the doctor calling in a new script, once that was accomplished, they filled my medication really fast & mentioned they were preordering more to make sure I could refill when the time came. They also ran the medication which I've paid cash for the last 10 years through my insurance (even with me saying the insurance absolutely would not pay)... & low & behold... the insurance paid for it! Besides all that they were really friendly.”

“So i can't give 5 stars as it's a typical CVS. Nothing special, nothing over the top. Unfortunately have had some issues, 1. Phone service is horrible, 2. Scripts haven't shown up in their system and I've even had doctors call them directly while at the pharmacy to confirm their ID numbers, scripts sent, when they sent them and whatever other additional information the pharmacist needs to fill a script. 3. They recently changed their pharmacy hours which are not that great if you work long hours, long distances away and also have busy family. Otherwise, its a pharmacy, it's a CVS service, options and offerings are standard for the chain.”

“I came in ER sunday morning early for severe pain in my belly. I was treated fairly and quickly given an IV and antibiotics and blood tests. Wasnt long before I was moved to a room where the RN nurses and staff are great, attentive and care for every person. Seems they have some outdated or possibly worn out IV machines(im on the 3rd floor) seen my doctor once for 5 min(weird). Maybe the docs should sell a boat or downgrade a home or nice car and get these caring ladies and gentlemen some NEW IV MACHINES. This is ridiculous and pathetic. Ida gave 5 stars if it wasnt for the crap these RNs have to deal with(yes I walk around and witness it) Get you machines fixed or buy new ones DMC. What a joke.”
“Kroger needs some sort of indication at the check out where the next person in line should wait. To many times I am checking out and the next person is rubbing shoulders with me as I am putting in my pin to my credit card. The public is rude sometimes and does not respect a reasonable space for privacy at check out. Or maybe a shield on the credit card process machine. I love this store but this has happened numerous times here and it’s very frustrating.”
