“This COSTCO is clean. The shelves are always stocked and the staff id friendly. Don't forget to stop on over to get your glasses. Those ladies really know what they are doing. If your insurance is out of network, just bring in the forms and they know how to fill them out. The food court is a great place to sit, eat and people watch.”

“You have to have a Costco membership to purchase this gas. You’ll need to insert your membership card before paying with debit or credit card (VISA only). Costco has the cheapest gasoline across the country so I don’t mind paying for the membership because it pays for itself in the long run”
“Not a huge variety of goods but they have all the essentials. Great meat prices almost on par with Costco (but more selection than Costco🤷🏻) Best place for bulk food without a membership.”
“Love this Jonna's! Everyone is amazingly helpful and accommodating. My husband uses a certain smokeless tobacco and a couple of flavors. I asked for 2 different flavors and they only had the one. A staff member was actually placing an order and heard my situation. He clarified the flavors I needed and ordered the one they didn't have. The store is always super clean and has fresh items for lunch as well.”
“I’ve visited this store twice over the last couple of weeks, and it has already become my go-to spot whenever I’m near Trinity Hospital in Brighton. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, one of the owners, and his partner during my last visit; they were incredibly polite and helpful, as was the rest of the staff.

“A small little party store, way out in the sticks, on the corner of Argentine and Fausett Rd. Despite its remote location and small size this party store is busy all day, everyday! A dedicated area for parking is kind of behind and to the side of this building, but most people park wherever. Clean on the inside with friendly staff on hand. They have a nice selection of goods, beer, ice, etc. If you ever find yourself between Howell and Hartland, and a bit north, be sure to swing into Venture Corners and pick up a pop or some beer today!”

“This Kroger is AMAZING! I wish they put half as much attention into the stores in every area! Perhaps not artisan cheese or meat depts that have lobster. But just cleanliness! This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.”

“We had a very kind pharmacist help us today, Her name is Zana Ilieski. She was so helpful with what shots we needed. She was very patient with us. I am thankful she was there to explain what we needed. The list our doctor had printed out was very confusing so she printed out a easier chart for us to read. We have added Ms. Ilieski to the list of wonderful pharmacists at our local Hartland Kroger's

In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o’clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. This is my favorite Walmart compared to Novi, Commerce (this is my second favorite), Livonia (x2), and Howell. Yes I shop at all of them from time to time.
This location is always stocked and clean. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are comparable to other locations.

“Good garden plant selection and plenty of help in that department from courteous and efficient employees. And they were still receiving plants. Great selection of Collector's Cactus and Succulent Plants that were prominently located close to the cashier for shoppers to see. The rest of the store was clean, bright and appeared to be well stocked. Parking was plentiful and the lot was easy to enter and exit from.”

I was in Kroger mid-afternoon (possibly during the late shift) and had been craving Brie. While browsing the cheese cooler/island, I noticed a basket of elevated specialty cheeses and stopped to take a look. A woman working that section approached me, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly friendly, insightful, and genuinely helpful.
She took the time to talk with me about different options, recommended the Double Cream Brie, and even showed me a Peruvian Pepper Jam to pair with it—something I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. I’m currently munching on it, and it is absolutely delicious! The combination was perfect, and I ended up purchasing both.
I really just wanted to recognize the woman working that section. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made my shopping experience memorable. Outstanding customer service and a true asset to the store. Thank you so much”

He walked me to where he thought the product would be, no go and it wasn't showing up as a product on his phone at their store. We went our separate ways. No biggie.
