“I had to have the clutch replaced on my 2014 Subaru. Everything was done perfectly in a timely manner. This wasn't the first time we had one of our cars at the shop for repairs. DT's always does a first rate job at a reasonable price and excellent customer service. They truly care about their work and customers.”

“Chris, the owner, runs an honest mechanic and tire sales shop. He is the nicest guy and is very easy to work with. My wife and I actually look forward to bringing our truck in for service. You won't find a better place to buy tires or get your car repaired.”

“10/10 service! We got a flat tire on a roadtrip to the UP. We drive a Subaru Forester, so it was important that we find a matching replacement tire. BRT ordered our tire and had it arrive within 3.5 hrs of calling them. Tire arrived at 1pm on the dot, exactly when they told us it would. It took them 15 min to remove our donut, put on the new tire and check all four tire pressures. We’re en route again with minimal delay!!! Oh and their shop music is superior.”

“Moved our son into Ferris and our car broke down. Johnson’s had great reviews so we trusted them to repair it. Great communication as to the problems found, what needed addressing, and what could wait. Thank you Johnson’s!”

“If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, go see Boyd. He has been family to me and mine my whole life, so this review comes from someone who has known him for years - but l'd say the same thing if I hadn't. We've now bought three vehicles from him, and every experience has been amazing. He never pressures, takes time to hear you and answer every question and genuinely wants what's best for you, not just to make a sale! That's incredibly hard to find these days. He also was outstanding with my kids, helped in any way he could to make the experience the best he could. We brought home our 2021 Tahoe and once again, Boyd made the entire process smooth and exceeded our expectations. We recommend Boyd to any and everyone. Thank you, we appreciate you more than words can say! We will never not do business with you!”

“Dustin from this service is an outstanding individual not just as a tow truck driver but as a human being great customer service skills got my tractor from being stuck in a really really crazy angle. Help me from damaging anything. He gets five stars 10 stars across the board and I definitely recommend the service from any truck driver passing through that area up north And I work for Ryder and I definitely recommending this company to help out all our drivers up north hands-down 10 star service!”

“Nothing but good things to say about this business. I’ve purchased a vehicle from them and have had them work on a few vehicles over the years. Great friendly service. These guys are fair priced and I’ve not had to take my vehicle back after they fixed it. The 2012 Arcadia my late wife and I purchased from them, was a great vehicle with no problems. Highly recommend buying a vehicle or having any service work done with these guys.”

“Five stars really isn't enough! I was up near Reed City over the weekend for a 3day horse clinic when I ran up to the store to grab some supplies and my car wouldn't start. I had just had my starter go in my car the week prior and my local mechanic put a new one in. So, I was in a bit of a panic being 3hrs from home, a clinic that started in less than a hour and a horse I couldn't get back to. That's when I found out Reed City has the nicest people!! Just about everyone who walked out of the store offered me help. Even the employees came out to offer me help. Every single person suggested I took my car up to Reed City Auto because he was so fair, honest and excellent at what he does. I have honestly never heard so many nice things about a person and their business. An amazing young man wiggled his way under my low to the ground Tahoe and got it to start, so I headed right to Reed City Auto. He was busy but got my car in quickly. Turns out my mechanic had broken off a clip on the new cheap aftermarket (he didn't tell me it was after market) starter he put in and just left it like that, so it worked its way out. He offered to try to repair the clip to save me some money but I decided to just have him put a better starter in. So he put a new and better starter in for the same price my other mechanic charged me. Which just proves how honest and fair he is. Not only did he not charge me a "tourist" fee or a "rushed" fee but I got a better starter for the same price my mechanic charged me for an aftermarket. Within an hour I was back on the road. I get all the hype with Reed City Auto now! Just sitting their I got to watch the interactions he had with all his customers. He was busy but still took a minute to stop and talk to every customer. You could tell the respect they all had for him and him for them... it almost had a barbershop feel. I'm sad this shop is so far from home because I feel like when someone asks me for suggestions on a good mechanic, all I have is Reed City Auto ? Seriously, I can't thank him and his team enough.. and also the amazing people who helped me in the parking lot at Family Farm! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!”

“I would say that they have done a good job every single time one of my family members have gone there. Art is amazing at his job and he is the cheapest rate for the work he does in Big Rapids. He does a good job every time and are always satisfactory. The reason for four stars instead of five is the fact that they do not have good parking. While, yes, technically it can be considered wheelchair accessible, they should have better parking, and it's not their fault that they were placed on a bad lot.”

“I've been here a few times with a couple different vehicles. They have been really great to work with. Always had my vehicles back on time. I always drove by thinking they only did exhaust work. But they have worked on my suspension, replaced some wiper motor parts, light bulbs, some kind of drivetrain stuff, really everything I have needed done. Really nice people”

“My truck broke down and their service department was able to fit in a major repair on a busy Monday morning so I could make the 200 mile drive home. While waiting for the repair to be completed I interacted with the sales staff and they were all wonderful. I highly recommend them for any service or vehicle purchase.”

“Darin was excellent with the AC condenser repair. The small business service really stood out, especially with how fair and straightforward the pricing felt. He kept the details clear, communicated well, and did not make the process feel complicated or drawn out. I appreciated the honest approach and the way everything was handled with care from start to finish.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Tom (Tommy) saved our bacon, big time. We called AAA, but were looking at a 2-3 hour wait! Tom arrived within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday weekend. His service was above and beyond and we were back on the road home in no time.”

“When I tell you I have not had a better customer experience from any single business, I mean it! We unfortunately had an accident on a roadtrip - enter the truly wonderful team at Gerber. They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable. Although it was unfortunate to have an accident, we were truly blessed to have worked with this wonderful team that reminded us what true customer satisfaction and building relationships looks like with a business. 10 stars out of 5 - highly recommend.”
