I had a mystery bill for March, unusually high. It took some time to get into my account since my daughter, on the account but not present, couldn't be reached for security info needed. This employee didn't get upset, nor frustrated, only put her mind to the problem! It took time but she and I figured out what the computer had done and my March bill was finally resolved! I want to give a big shout out and many thanks to KYLEE! YOU ARE A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR STORE!

“The store rep was able to assist me with my phone, there were unknown apps that occurred which I was unaware of and has given me hard time to access my phone. There were random pop-ups, apps that I did not download, random AD videos, it was a nightmare. Thankfully the rep was able to remove all of them. The phone is working as it should again, normal functionality.”

“I don’t like writing reviews or being asked to do them because most are disingenuous or not helpful, so I’m doing this one on my own accord.
We’ve lived in Milford for 17 years and this store was the only place in town, so we had no choice but to go here. We dealt with it’s unreliable hours, never-the-same employee, ridiculous wait time, and the typical challenges for a family that lacks a lot of tech savvy.
For whatever reason, this store has gone through a remarkable transition and hopefully it remains this way for a long time. Romen runs this store the way you’d want it and it seemed that his partner Colin is cut from the same mold. These guys were super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to our new phone and, more specifically, our entire family plan and account.
Romen was patient with my teenage son and respectful to my concerns with these complex plans. The new phone was not in stock, but we did get sent to our house in a couple days, transferred things at the store; all told, 15 minutes of time total. Thank you for that. There will be more: my 75-year old father-in-law needs some assistance and I am confident Romen (or Colin) will be able to put up with his numerous questions, confusion and will have him leave the store in great order.
Milford needs more business owners/operators like this store. If you want customers, take a page out of the book these guys wrote. Kindness and patience, really simple ingredients.”
