May have been a new agent or just didn’t want to do a loan that day. But took over six hours to complete loan and we were buying the car right down the street from American 1. Wife and I do all our banking here. We are happy with all the services.”

“The Angola branch people are wonderful. The corporate thinking as a whole doesn't care about customer service. Every time I have to deal with a mortgage issue I get pushed to a corporate number and these people are rude and not understanding. I tried getting a good rate on car loan a while ago but I ended up going through a smaller bank who appreciated my excellent credit rating even more and ended up with a better rate than 5/3 could give. If your escrow drops, watch out because they will give you less than two weeks to come up with a much larger mortgage payment. Thanks 5/3 for valuing me as an important customer. They really don't care and they make it quite clear. And one more thing - if you have to stop a vendor from auto billing your account even after you tell them not to, 5/3 will do nothing to avoid future payments from being taken from your account and they will point the finger at you for initiating auto bill in the first place. I've had one vendor that I have been trying to stop after 5 months ! Not kidding - and it's still ongoing. As a local bank they are great people but unfortunately the company these nice people work for has no compassion or concerns for the customer.”
