“We needed a rental van for a mission trip, and Clock was super helpful! They were easy to work with, and all of the arrangements and paperwork went smoothly, as did pick up and return. In fact, the only reason this is not a perfect rating is that the van we rented had an issue with the sensor on the sliding door, so that no matter how creatively (or forcefully) we closed it, the van thought its door was open. An alert like that on your dashboard over a thousand miles to and through the mountains of WV can make a person nervous!
But it did stay closed, and otherwise, mechanically and otherwise, the van was fabulous, and the company was great to work with! We'll come back to yall again next time in a heartbeat!”

They kept me informed during repairs despite the current situation of supply availability for a new headlight assembly. They made it work until the new one came so I could drive my vehicle safely! Awesome!”

“Reserved a compact car but they didn’t have one when we got there. Upgraded us at no cost to a SUV with great fuel efficiency. Car was incredibly clean inside and out and had perks we hadn’t seen even from the emerald aisles at other airports (lane assist, adaptive cruise control, etc). I’m bad with remembering names but the man at the front was very friendly both for our check-out and check-in.”
“My last five Budget rentals have been fantastic experiences. The staff are amazing. They are helpful, knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help if anything goes wrong. The vehicles are also great. Always clean and I think the rates are better than the other services I use. I have used a number of rental companies in the past but I only use Budget now.”
“The guy that was handling our rental was helpfull. I took a star away because when I called I was put on hold by a female for a half hour before eventually getting hung up on and when I called back straight to voice-mail because they were closed. I feel like she intentionally did that knowing they were closing soon. Overall good experience though.”
“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”

“Great place to rent a car from. Through my insurance I was able to get a loaner car while my car was in repair at the collusion place.
At first they didn't have the SUV we wanted but by the time we got everything processed in the shop, they had the perfect one for us.
Customer service was excellent and went over all the detail and pretty much laid every thing out front. Great job guys!”
