Service & sales have always been excellent.They have now expanded to include a large spacious Ace Hardware franchise. Looked the new location over. They have a very large selection of hardware products. Appear to have also expanded their power equipment offerings. Have bought various power equipment over the yrs. Always recd very good sales & service. It's a very well managed business. Highly recommend them.”

“Had a problem with my cub cadet hydrostatic drive, they told me to bring it out and I did, explained what went wrong, he took a few minutes to check it and did some magic and got it working on the trailer, charged me nothing and sent me on my way, I will be taking my stuff to them for my maintenance from now on, excellent customer service and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Highly suggest you give them a try.”
“I am not sure how I ended up at this Ace as I live almost 50 minutes away. But I came in looking for a specific mower. I had 3 children in tow and was greeted immediately by Devon. He was prompt at helping me and went above and beyond to make sure I could get the mower I needed back home. We first realized that it would not fit in my suv with my children, so he immediately offered to bring it all the way back to my home. This was unbelievably kind and above and beyond service that I don’t see much anymore. He assembled the mower, gathered all the tools/free battery and drove it to my house and showed me how to use it. Which made me really comfortable in using it for the first time since I had only used gas in the past. Would definitely recommend this Ace and definitely seek out Devon for help; he was outstanding! :)”
“Pettit Hardware is an amazing small town hardware store. You don't see very many independent small town hardware stores like these anymore. All of the staff is friendly and great to chat with. They have a great product selection and their prices are way cheaper than Ace Hardware down the road. I prefer to shop here any day for my hardware needs instead of Ace.”

“I recently had an early morning emergency situation with a disabled delivery vehicle. The only business renting vehicles that were open at that particular time was the Okemos Home Depot. I called the store and an employee working the customer service desk whose name is Marco answered the phone call. All I can say is, Home Depot is very fortunate to have found a person who understands excellent customer service! Keep up the fantastic work Marco and you will soon find yourself in a management position!!!”
