“Had a great experience with Hudson M at the T - Mobile store in Lansing Mall today. Having purchased a new phone elsewhere he was still able to do the transfer of old to new. That doesn't always happen at other carriers in my past experience. I'm not tech savvy -- Hudson was very patience & never talked over our heads. Explained as he went along so we understood what was happening. Great customer experience. Thank you Hudson. If looking for new carrier try T-Mobile & Hudson. Give them a chance. Glad I did. T - Mobile Tuesdays some good bonuses.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Omar at T-Mobile, and the service I received was nothing short of fantastic. Omar went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal, helping me switch from an overpriced Verizon plan. Not only did he save me money, but he also sweetened the deal by throwing in a free watch with cheap service when I purchased a phone that day. Kudos to Omar and the T-Mobile team for their excellent customer service and great deals! Highly recommend.”
