“Today is July 2, 2023. I visited the Martin Marathon at about 4:00 pm, and was surprised when the polite clerk - who happened to be straightening up near the front - opened the door for me. He also called me "Ma'am," which was safe, appropriate and appreciated as I have completely white hair. There were few people in the store. I paid cash for my gas, then had to come back in for change. By that time, the clerk had a LONG line of customers, and I waited in the back. But the clerk motioned for me to come to the counter, he already had the change ready! I got my change and was out the door; the clerk didn't miss a beat, continuing on with the next customer in line. You've got a winner there, someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Do what you can to hang on to employees like that.”

“I had loaned a buddy my Samsung Galaxy, A7 Tablet, and he left it on his car, and lost it near the corner, It was brought in by someone, and the people in the store put it up for me, and due to shift changes and what not... didn't know exactly where the night girl had put it, but everyone there was very friendly, and helpful in locating and returning my tablet to me...I highly recommend this fueling station, and the great guys in the attached garage!Thank you for all your help, it meant a lot for me to get my tablet back today!”
“Stop here almost every weekday. Haven't ever had a bad experience in my six years in the area. No idea what half of the negative reviews are on about. Seems entirely implausible, but I suppose one bad day is more likely to be remembered than twenty good ones.”
“My favorite place!!! Sara is awesome!!!! Always cleaning and will go above and beyond to help anyone. Nothing to complain about any of the staff really only bad thing is a couple lazy one in the closing shift other then that they are all doing an awesome job”

“Just passing through and I'm glad I stopped here. Right outside the restrooms they had these Christian books, so while I was waiting I pick one up, and it was so interesting that I got stuck reading them for longer than expected lol... The gas station worker eventually saw me still reading, and told me that they were free if I wanted to take them. FREE?? WOW, WHAT A BLESSING!! May the Lord bless David Meengs for his ministry at gas station/truck stops!
Also exxon's watermellon jolly rancher is amazing!! Highly recommend this stop?”

“We had to stop here due to a sudden emergency with our 1-year-old daughter. Then we went inside the store. The girl who works there was super nice. My daughter was crying before, but she felt happy to see her. It melted our hearts how she treated us (I believe she knew we had been struggling near her shop for the last 10 minutes with the little one). We will definitely try to stop by here again, just for the service. If it helps them, I will be happy to buy something. Also, mom and dad (or someone who raised the girl working there) of that girl, you guys did a great job”
