“I came into the Howell on Latson Rd branch this morning. My original teller (Katherine, not positive of the spelling) had to escalate me to the Assistant Branch Manager: Kelly Fletcher. I did have to wait because Kelly was being practically screamed at by another gentleman since before I entered the building.
I was shown to a mini room to wait my turn while Kelly did her best to de-escalate the screamer. She kept very professional the entire time while dealing with that crazy man.
When Kelly was able to get to me, she was apologetic, though I told her it wasn't her fault and that she had handled that situation to the best of her ability.
She was able to solve my own issue very quickly. The staff at this branch was incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and kind.
A big thanks to Kelly and Katherine for helping me in the midst of my own financial crisis (and for ignoring my tears from being overwhelmed between my own issues and the gentleman yelling).”
