“Andre, at the Grand River location in Howell MI, was very professional and excellent customer service in getting me what I needed in an emergency situation. When calling looking for a car, reservation team told me location closed on weekends and I would need to return on a week day. When picking up car I questioned Andre, he said while we are closed on weekend there is a drop box option. This saved me a full day of unnecessary driving. Definitely recommend this location.”

“They made what could have been a complicated ordeal into an easy experience and provided me with a very nice 2026 Jeep Compass. What would have been a miserable 10 day ordeal was a very easy and simple experience. Thank you Enterprise for keeping it simple.”

“Great customer service right from the start! Lucas called me to tell me I had mistakenly made two reservations, and I appreciated that. Lucas was so nice, and easy to deal with, and rented me a low-mileage, clean car (Kia Soul) that was fun to drive. I have rented cars in the Brighton/Howell area, and this was my best experience yet. Hassle-free. Props to Lucas (and Robin!)--if I ever need to rent again, I'll do it here!”
