“Laurie Helped me out when I went in store this past Friday. A purse I wanted was not set to come in until that following Tuesday. Laurie Kindly took my name and number and was going to call me once they were back in store.
Tuesday she gave me a call stating that they were still not in store yet, but she kindly offered to called around to other Coach Outlet stores to see if they might have the bag in stock.
Laurie called back within minutes and let me know that she found in Georgia that had ONE left in stock and had them hold the bag. She then passed the stores info over to me and we did the pay by link. Laurie was SUPER HELPFUL and very kind. WONDERFUL Customer service. :)”
