“Came in needing to shorten my coaxial cable, and put a new end on it, Dan fixed me up, very helpful in identifying that it was good quality and worth using. He charged me a slight fee for the new end. I needed a quality surge protector and he fixed me up with the right on for my t.v. and electronics. They have reasonable prices and carry good quality home entertainment products/systems. Buy local!”

“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile.
