“I went to a large chain for a routine inspection and was quoted $1500 to replace part of the steering mechanism. Suspicious, I took my car to Zorn's for a second opinion. They were thorough, honest, and didn't even charge me to tell me everything looked great and there was no need to replace anything.
I will absolutely be back if I have any car problems at all. Small town honesty and integrity is what you get here, which is rare nowadays.”

“I used to go to Jim White Toyota in Toledo but I grew tired of their inconsistent service and long wait times. I have been going to Germain for two oil changes now and feel as though they are taking much better care of me. I appreciate the video inspection, it was a very interesting change. Thanks to Rebecca and Jordan. I look forward to more services here and being treated with respect that was missing at my last dealer. As a woman, working with a woman as your service writer makes a huge difference.

Still an amazing place. This last time Jayden got me set up for front and rear brakes. He also was able to squeeze in and oil change. They scheduled me ahead of time and got me in and out for these services in three hours. They also quoted me a tire fix that discount tire keeps messing up. They always take care of me and I will continue to come here instead of anywhere else.”

“Took my daughter car here because our insurance company recommended them after a deer hit her (as my daughter says). They are close to us which makes it nice. I give them 5 stars because they were very professional, let us know what was going on with each step. When your insurance company is involved they go back and forth with them when it comes to the estimate. We'll my insurance company found parts cheaper so Gerber Collision had to kinda had to day to the insurance company. So they got the parts in. The hood was not up to Gerber Collision standards so they were basically no this is not good. We wont accept this. So they faught with my insurance company to make sure the parts were up to their standards so I thank Gerber Collision for that. They did a great job and they also got done a day earlier!! Car looks brand new and it's a 2013 Jeep Patroit. Thank you for all the hard work on getting my daughters car fixed so she stop bugging us to use our cars.. lol”

“Locked myself out of my vehicle at the gas station . Had been on hold with a different tow company when I saw a laroccas truck in the next parking lot . Ran over and explained my situation and the gentleman who was working came right over and helped . He called someone at the office and she got my processed nice and quick . Both people I dealt with were so friendly and efficient. Thank yall so much ! Will definitely use yall in the future !”
“I am really thankful I gave them a visit! I recently had a bad experience with maintenance work done at a dealership so I decided I wanted to work with a service center that was focused on integrity and quality rather than quick turn around.
In my experience, Delker's nailed that. I had an alignment plus trans and brake fluid flush. There was a miscommunication on some diagnostic work that they cleared up immediately and made things right.
It's also worth noting, I had an inspection at a dealership because my car just hit a high number of miles and I wanted to make sure I was taking care of it...the dealership rated my tires as in good condition. Delker's caught that they were absolutely not in good shape, and even declined doing a service I initially requested because it would have been an extra charge I didn't need before replacing the tires.
To me, that means everything. I am not super savvy about cars or maintenance, but I know upkeep holds a lot of value to keep my car in good shape. I'm extremely excited to bring my car back to Delker's for new tires, along with all of my regular maintenance going forward. I really trust them after this experience and I can't thank them enough for their hard work!”

Dave went above and beyond to verify the issue and get me setup to replace the inline heater and pressure hose. I will definitely recommend the shop and be back for any future issues.”
