“Shout out to Cecilia! As soon as we walked into the store she greeted us and guided us toward an absolutely painless purchase process! Utilizing her iPad she gave us all the price options and availability instantaneously. She answered all of our questions and was such a delight. We were able to secure delivery and setup for our purchase at week’s end! The showroom is so spacious, well organized and spotless! One of my favorite perks was they had a free refreshment bar to include ice cream, candy, cookies, coffee, tea and water. It’s a delightful touch to what can be a nerve racking purchase process of big ticket items. I will definitely go in person to Bob’s for my next furniture purchase whereas usually order online.”
“I don’t normally take the time we should to write reviews, however this was a must! I had the absolute best experience with Mattress Discount 1st class service. I just stopped in didn’t think they would have what I seen online that I wanted. I walked in and it was right there just as posted online. I have been looking all over for the right fit for the space I needed, this was perfect AND Fast delivery, which seems rare these days, literally they delivered when they said they would “within 15 minutes of me leaving the store”. Earl was great and helpful not a pushy sales guy and the 2 guys that delivered it (I feel terrible I forgot their names, they were brothers) they were AWSOME, they even moved some of the stuff I had in the way, “not light” and offered to put it back, very nice guys and informative! They put it all together for me and made sure I was happy with the placement ect. After the year I have had this was such a sigh of relief to have such a great experience. I can’t say enough kind things the overall experience was great! I highly recommend this place! I absolutely love my “Chofa” set and Recliner chair. Very good quality. Good price. Looks amazing in my living room. It is very comfy, sturdy and nice soft touch. What makes the experience even better to me is the excellent customer service from start to finish! I will be back.

“Let’s start with the fact that I have never had a good experience with a furniture purchase or company in the past- I always feel pressured and like they are just there for the sale not for the help. This was the exact opposite of that! Bob’s came through for us! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted to look around. John approached us at the door and told us to look around and yell for him when we were ready. We were given time to explore and when we had questions, John helped- he didn’t follow us around and try to be salesy! He gave us great advice and worked out the details how we wanted them for what we all thought would work best in our home. He genuinely made us feel like he cared. When we made decisions we were able to take advantage to a few different payment options making financing very easy. Brittney helped with that- she was super nice and explained how everything works. Our delivery date is set for next week, but so far this was the best furniture purchase experience I have ever had! We will go back and ask for John!”

I drove in from Chicago to pick up a sideboard I'd found on Etsy, and when I came to pick it up I found two additional pieces that I had to have! I really appreciated the trust Andy showed in me as a brand new customer; I had put a small deposit on the item and he was very relaxed about when I needed to pick it up, more than a month later.
