“Omg! I got my phone almost 2 weeks ago and I just realized I never did my google review!! Okay so first it was my first time in the store location and I was waiting patiently while the t mobile team member was helping out someone in front of me. She took her time with this lady just like she took her time with me. I’m not good with electronics and Brooke was so kind and patient and helping her other team member with his customers while she was helping me and didn’t miss a beat! “My phone went complete black screen on me the other day. I immediately went to the location nearest to me on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth and had THE WORST experience in all my 12 years being a customer.
The next day I visited this location and was assisted my Miz and Ash.
They tried their best to get my phone to power back on but we unsuccessful. At least they tried.
They then explained all my options to me and I ultimately purchased my replacement phone from them instead of the original location.
They made things so easy.
This is NOW my go to location.

“First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!”
