“My phone went complete black screen on me the other day. I immediately went to the location nearest to me on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth and had THE WORST experience in all my 12 years being a customer.
The next day I visited this location and was assisted my Miz and Ash.
They tried their best to get my phone to power back on but we unsuccessful. At least they tried.
They then explained all my options to me and I ultimately purchased my replacement phone from them instead of the original location.
They made things so easy.
This is NOW my go to location.

So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. “I want to start off by say that I really wish I had to thought to ask the name of the young lady who helped me today, she was absolutely amazing! I went in for an upgrade, as I have done many times before, and what has always been a simple and smooth transition to a new device turned into one of the most complicated events I have ever had to deal with. Her and her coworker never gave up tho! To be honest with what I heard them tell their side of TMobile support had to have beyond frustrating. I know the determined and empathetic employee who helped me deal with this challengingordeal was an extremely polite younger Middle Eastern woman. (She had a test at school that she needed to be at right after she finally was able to get my new phone working. I hope she passed it with flying colors) I am a customer service manager myself and I usually try to drop my personal standards when I deal with other customer service representatives because in 2024 good and honest customer service is hard to find. I also want to mention that Jamal the store manager was extremely helpful. All in all I know they were as frustrated with TMobile's network as I was but they never showed it! Please make sure that this review gets forwarded to their store's email. Both of the employees I mentioned above are troopers. They turned what could have been a very different review into a 5 star one!”
