I rent every year from this location. Always clean and first time I've been to a storage unit that's clean and keeps it clean. No problem with Bugs at all. THERE AWESOME AND WORTH THE DRIVE. “This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!
Andy got me in and out within 20 minutes! So nice and down to earth, walked me through to the storage unit and went over all the information clearly and quickly. Im so glad I went here first. Thank you Andy! Your awesome!
UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”
“Great service! I had to move to another state 800 miles away, my workplace offered relocation package with Corrigan moving systems responsible for packing and moving my stuff away.
Aaron, Alante, and Eric showed up to do the job. They were very polite, on time, and professional. They know how to do the job properly and were quick in packing all my stuff. I’m really pleased with the service they provided. Definitely recommend.”

“Had a maintenance issue with the 5x15 unit I rented and couldn't seem to contact a human by the phone number listed. When Public Storage sent me an automated survey, I answered honestly about my issue and experience. Nicole called me the very next day out of concern and was super eager to help out. Long story short, she moved me to a new unit, same size, same price, and near the old one (so it wouldn't be difficult to move my things). Problem solved!
She went above and beyond for something I had written off as a problem with a storage company that couldn't care less. Whatever they're paying her, she deserves double from showing exceptional customer service and professionalism when she could have just as easily disregarded me and my problem. If she treats this one customer with such care, it's safe to assume she's just as polite and helpful for many others.”
“I should've made this post last year... This is a Classic Car Man's dream come true place... I have a 1970 Cadillac that I brought in for a wheel alignment... Long story short, I needed waaaay more than an alignment... Mr Bill explained in full detail what was best versus what I wanted... I went with what Mr Bill said was best & now my car drives like it did in 1970...
I refuse to go ANYWHERE else because he cares for every vehicle like it's his own... It's hard nowadays to find a mechanic who knows anything about classic cars, but Mr Bill knows just about EVERY sound of a car... This place is great, the guys who work there are very customer friendly & I'm a customer for life....”
