that air internet experience was awful....Customer service was just as bad, but they want you to pay the bill...i get nothing but the run around....GET RID OF IT

Awful customer service. My wifi has been down and the CS can't even find my style of device(velocity hot spot)to troubleshoot what's wrong. I've reset every thing and still no service

Awful service, I just keep getting routed to a new automation hell. I just want to know what service is available at a new house I am buying. I've spent 2 hours trying to get an answer, when I do get a human it's the wrong department and the send me back to the system. I do not plan on using ATT!!!!!!
