“I was in the store last Thursday, and it was very busy. Nick R. was outgoing, professional, and managed the volume of customers extremely well. He never seemed to lose that outgoing and positive personality, even during a busy day.
I came into the store with a broken phone, and he helped me upgrade to a new phone, bundle a watch, and add subscriptions all while finding ways to save me money. I left the store with a new phone and a great overall experience.
He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got the best value. His customer service and positive attitude really stood out, and I wanted to recognize him for doing such a great job.”

“This transfer (from my old my old carrier to Boost) was plagued with a number technical issues (mostly caused by my old carrier). All in all, the transfer took several hours over the course of two days. Then there was the matter of the new phone not being one that I cared for, at all. Needless to say, I was becoming a little disgruntled over the whole matter.
In the end, Abe made everything right; even going so far as to let me return the phone and go back to my old phone (which not every provider would do).
A big thanks to Dallas for her help, and for putting up with my deteriorating demeanor as things drug on.”
“The Boost store at 1000 Lansing Ave staff are global class.Over 20 years of my personal and business were stored on my phone which I dropped down two flights of metal stairs.I was devastated as to loosing so my contacts and photo memories. They gave me my life and history back.They are phone gurus.”
“My aunt said to come to Mohammed specifically and he would take very good care of me. She was not wrong! He had me out in about 10 minutes or less and I had been on the phone for about 45 minutes trying to take care of it. He knew exactly what I needed to do and did it for me. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he also quickly resolved the problems I was having. It’s clear that he knows his job well and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Finding someone who is both professional and personable isn’t always easy, but Tim exceeded my expectations.
