“A pretty typical Kohl's location thats laid out exactly the same as every other Kohl's I've been to. Clothes around the front half of the store, home goods and wears along the back wall, and some kids toys in the back corner by customer service. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary or have any issues here.”

I wish they'd move across town to Jackson crossing mall instead of just closing this location entirely because the writing is on the wall that it probably will eventually. GameStop just closed two weeks ago at this mall and American eagle and FYE shortly before that.”

“Service was really good! Employees were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I bought 2 bras off the clearance rack and apparently one of the bras wasn't supposed to be there, but they still gave me the clearance price for it anyway! That was super nice and I really appreciated that. I 100% recommend this store for good quality clothes and friendly staff?”

“Best customer service out there. I fainted in their store today, and every employee rushed to help. My man caught me and laid me on the ground, one employee got me a pillow, another employee held my feet up for me and then got a trash can to prop my feet up, an employee got me a cold wash cloth to put on my head, they gave me a free water and called 911. No one skipped a beat to help. I wish I knew their names they were the sweetest people ever. They were reassuring and asking if I was okay. The cashiers were the absolute best in that situation, the manager came to make sure everything was okay. I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone else, but if it does JC penny is the place to be. Thank you to all those lovely people.”
