“Best customer service out there. I fainted in their store today, and every employee rushed to help. My man caught me and laid me on the ground, one employee got me a pillow, another employee held my feet up for me and then got a trash can to prop my feet up, an employee got me a cold wash cloth to put on my head, they gave me a free water and called 911. No one skipped a beat to help. I wish I knew their names they were the sweetest people ever. They were reassuring and asking if I was okay. The cashiers were the absolute best in that situation, the manager came to make sure everything was okay. I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone else, but if it does JC penny is the place to be. Thank you to all those lovely people.”

“Was told TJ Max had men's clothing, was very happy with the selection of jeans and shirts, which I ended up purchasing with the assistance of Olivia who was very courteous and professional.
Had told the cashiers up front, but thought I should also post publicly.”

“A pretty typical Kohl's location thats laid out exactly the same as every other Kohl's I've been to. Clothes around the front half of the store, home goods and wears along the back wall, and some kids toys in the back corner by customer service. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary or have any issues here.”

“Big Lots: A Treasure Trove for Discounted Finds and Friendly Service

My recent trip to Big Lots was a delightful surprise. Stepping into the store, I was greeted by a treasure trove of discounted merchandise, offering a refreshing alternative to big-box stores.

One of the things that stood out to me most was their extensive selection of physical movies and Blu-rays. In an age of digital streaming, it was fantastic to see a store catering to those who still appreciate the nostalgic charm of owning a physical copy.

Beyond the entertainment section, Big Lots impressed me with their furniture selection. They offered a surprising variety of furniture pieces at competitive prices, making it a great option for budget-conscious shoppers like myself. The quality seemed decent for the price point, and it felt like a place where you could score a hidden gem with a little browsing.

But what truly elevated my Big Lots experience was the exceptional customer service. The cashier, who I believe was new based on her name tag, was incredibly friendly and informative. She patiently walked me through the rewards program signup process, explaining the benefits in a clear and concise manner. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression.

Overall, my visit to Big Lots was a thoroughly positive one. It's a store that offers a unique shopping experience, combining great deals on various merchandise with friendly and helpful staff. If you're looking for a treasure hunt-style shopping trip with the potential to find hidden gems at affordable prices, Big Lots is definitely worth checking out.

Negative update: I did get a copy of a Blu Ray that was supposed to be a double feature but was sold with a 6 year old Digital Code and made it no good. The company didn't want to do anything to fix the issue with the code tho. I'd return it if I didn't want the disc that came with it but paid for two movies and only got one”

“Just stopped in the Blains Farm and Fleet in Jackson Michigan and was helped by Rob, Mike and Zoe. They did a great job helping us get a good car top carrier for our gear. I highly recommend this store, the people are great and the store is clean and well stocked. They have a huge selection of tools, pet food, boots, sport gear and even toys. We drove from Potterville because we love this store.it’s worth the trip.”

“Make a quick stop into this Target and found what I needed no problem. The layout and basically the same as any other Target I've visited in recent times so the shopping experience was easy. This store is accessible from inside and outside the mall.”

“Went there to check out the Dollar Tree items and buy some Family Dollar items. They have some very priceable items and the workers were very polite and helpful.”

“The store is often cluttered as are most Dollar Tree or Dollar Generals etc. due to the high flow of product they get in, but outside of that they do their best to assist their customers. In my experience the staff that stock the shelves are consistently friendly, and more than willing to move their carts if necessary or reach something for you if asked. The registers are as they are at most places, understaffed, but the cashiers do their best to get you out scanned as quick as they can.”

“Well as far as Wal-marts go this one is pretty good. They have a varied selection of a lot of different goods. Their pet section offers a nice variety for dogs and cats. The clothing sections have reasonably priced pants and shirts. It's my go-to for bathing suits because they're usually super cheap.
Like all Wal-marts the customer base isn't always amazing and there are thieves and trashy folk who make the place feel shoddier than it is. The staff are usually present and friendly when one needs assistance.”
