“Had a blown wheel seal on the front drive called the Mack dealers in Pittsburgh, 10 days before the would even look at it. Called M and K in West Newton Pa they had the parts in stock said they could get me in right after lunch. I drove down to them got there dropped the trailer got right in and 3 hours later was back on the road and moving. Great staff and customer service.”
“I had a great customer service experience at this location. Although there was a small issue with the cargo van I originally reserved not coming up in the system, so I had to use a box truck instead. The gentleman I was working with was very accommodating for the minor inconvenience of the cargo van being unavailable. Wonderful service and made my moving experience a breeze! Would definitely recommend using them.”

“I can’t even begin to explain what a positive experience with this location! First, I had plans to put my belongings in storage and travel for the summer and look on the east coast for where wanted to move to. I spoke with Josh. He was very helpful and explained their practices for storage perfectly. He was very straight forward - there are no hidden fees and they are reasonably priced. It honestly sounded too good to be true, do I kept interrogating him. :) Turns out, I received an email for confirmation on everything and sure enough it was all accurate!Then I found a place on the west coast, had to cancel my storage plans (at no cost) and I rented a Uhaul and a trailer for my car. AGAIN, they were very helpful, and even assisted me when I misplaced the Ihusl key while I was packing. Josh went above and beyond to assist me, knowing I was stressed out. You just don’t get this kind of customer service anymore and I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone (except my worst enemy, they can fend for themselves) lol”

I couldn't get a hold of them by phone, so I showed up at 12:30pm on a Wednesday to an empty store. After several minutes an employee came in, and initially told me they don't handle anything hitch related. I said I just talked to the folks on the Uhaul 1-800 number and they said to come here.
He took a moment to look up my make and model to find out where the wiring connections were stored in the vehicle. After popping off the rear panel of my trunk, he swapped in a new fuse and connected a tester to it. Good as new, and no charge!”
