“I’ve always used this location for truck rentals. I’ve never had a problem and I have always received great customer service. They aren’t open 24 hours but they do allow you to drop the vehicle back off when they are not open. Sometimes they give you a gate code to bring it within their property and sometimes they have you leave it outside the gate and put the keys in a locked bin.”

“We use this company exclusively for the on the road breakdowns in the Holland (K&R) and Grand Rapids Area (West Michigan Mobile). Have nothing but good things to say about them, Scott over at K&R keeps our trailers up and running in a timely and affordable fashion. Gives piece of mind when I am dispatching breakdowns for a fleet of nearly 400 pieces of equipment; that the repairs are being done properly, we won't have to worry about getting ripped off or worrying about rerouting them back to our shop to double check the work quality. “I can’t even begin to explain what a positive experience with this location! First, I had plans to put my belongings in storage and travel for the summer and look on the east coast for where wanted to move to. I spoke with Josh. He was very helpful and explained their practices for storage perfectly. He was very straight forward - there are no hidden fees and they are reasonably priced. It honestly sounded too good to be true, do I kept interrogating him. :) Turns out, I received an email for confirmation on everything and sure enough it was all accurate!Then I found a place on the west coast, had to cancel my storage plans (at no cost) and I rented a Uhaul and a trailer for my car. AGAIN, they were very helpful, and even assisted me when I misplaced the Ihusl key while I was packing. Josh went above and beyond to assist me, knowing I was stressed out. You just don’t get this kind of customer service anymore and I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone (except my worst enemy, they can fend for themselves) lol”
