“So this morning I went into the subway drive-thru for a sandwich. I always have friendly service and good food every time I order here, but this morning I was blown away. It was time for me to pay and I was scrambling to find my wallet, which had slipped between my passenger seat and the door. With no way to pay, I asked the clerk if she had already started the sandwich and apologized telling her that I couldn't find my wallet and would not be able to pay for it. She said no problem, I can spot you, and took out money from her own pocket. Luckily moments later I found my wallet and was able to pay anyway, but that was way above and beyond of her to do, and five star service in my book! I think her name is Alicia and she's a rockstar.”
“Nice little station with quick stop for candy bars,ice cream by the half gallon,rolls and coffee. 2 or 3 isles of all kinds of goodies potato chips and candies. You do have to pay before you pump your gas or pay at the pump. They also sell lottery tickets. They have oil for the car and boats. Credit cards accepted.”
“Clean station competitive price on fuel, with newer pumps. Best of all you can buy recreational ethanol free gas directly at the pump with your credit card without going inside unlike at some other area stations that sell Recreation Gas. PS no potholes either like some of the other older stations.”
“So....I got stuck in the car wash....everyone's worst nightmare. Haha they were so kind and humble about it. Sprayed the car down to at least give it a rinse and refunded my money. I will be back, just something to laugh at!”

“I enjoy stopping here on my way to my mom's house to pick her up when she has p.t./o.t.!! Afterall you need something to drink while exercising!! The owners are very pleasant and I enjoy visiting with them when I stop there!! The store is very clean and well stocked with all kinds of beverages and snacks with basic essentials!! They also have gas pumps which I've never counted how many but there's a lot including diesel!! There's also a car wash if you choose to get one!! Stop in and check them out!!
There's also a Subway located inside!! They have quite a few customers stopping by for lunches or stopping by on their way home after work!! Fast and easy service!!”

“I live closer to the Drake/KL Speedway, but they were closed, I drove to the one off Stadium past the 131 towards 9th and was helped by a very kind woman/mother. I wish I knew her name, but she was very sweet and extremely helpful. She explained the hours for the other speedway, which will help me in the future. I hope someone can give this woman recognition for service because honestly, I admit that I was thinking about going to a closer store in the future, but she saved a very loyal customer. Great job to the staff that worked until 6AM the next day before having to go home to get her child off to school the next day :-)”

“I go here quite frequently, and I have to say this is by far the best gas station in kalamazoo, For Gas. Good selection on snacks and such. The reason it's my favorite spot to get gas, is the workers. They don't employ one person that is rude or unkind. And that's awesome in today's world. “Good service by familiar faces for years. I must say I think your ID policy on beer and tobacco is pretty exploitable. Asking to scan the back of my ID but not actually looking at who's on the card? I could be using literally anyone's card to buy beer and you wouldn't know. I would like it if I could just have you look at the card and confirm the date instead of scanning anyway as I'm a private person and don't know what happens with the information you all scan off my card.”
“Owners are nice people but they have been hiring bad eggs. A follwup to another reviewer I too have experienced harassment from a new employee at this station. She brings her male ponytail friend into work with her. The times I have gone in the male friend has made atagonstic comments towards me. Has stuck his leg out trying to trip me in the store and has even lightly shoved me while I walk by. I do not know who this person is but he's clearly a bully. Not sure if he is employed there or not but I don't believe so. I've made mention of these things to the owners but it seems they have fallen on deaf ears. I was a customer her for a while but now I will take my business elsewhere”

“I like this place. That said:It's very sad that there is a bag of poop behind my vehicle in this tiny parking lot. I'm no small girl. I'm a grandma with bubble wrap sounding knees and I still take myself out of this truck to use the bathroom. This isnt even a large place. Poop in a grocery bag. That should be considered insanity behavior. You aren't driving a $200k toilet. Have some pride in yourself and your work. Mostly stop torturing others. I think people who play with body waste belong in a home someplace. That's so shameful to those that work here and truckers that work hard every day. They deserve better. Everyone deserves better than waddling through your mess. We should feel safe getting fresh air. And I do mean fresh without a poo taint. You aren't wiping. You don't self care. I definitely don't want to follow you through a shower.
