“I’ve been with this bank since they opened back in the late 1990s. They have always been very good. I’ve used other banks for business or having property out of state but I’ve held on to this bank and used it as my main account this whole time. Other banks can’t hold a candle to Consumer’s. Personable, professional, and very trustworthy…you can count on them.”

I'm already a happy customer, yet I was further impressed by a cold-call rep today. Highly knowledgeable, excellent pitch, yet still a great listener. Truly a genuine pleasure. I'm not even in the market for her offer at this time, but I was hooked by her as a person. I made sure to get her contact info because I WILL reach out to her directly if my situation changes.
I wish all cold-callers could project themselves with that kind of fidelity to their character.
p.s. If she was actually an A.I., then perhaps androids do dream of electric sheep, and LMCU still has the best people.

“Earlier this year, I had a circumstance that let me to believe one of my accounts may have been compromised. As it turned out, that did not occur but I do want to recognize three Honor employees who made a difficult and frustrating situation tolerable. Kimberly Nower, Jenny Ritsema and Dan Carpenter. I worked first with Kimberly to whom I reported the potential issue(s). She did everything she could - she provided great customer service and was someone I knew personally. She also referred me to Jenny Ritsema because Kimberly felt that Jenny would be able to provide great security support and she did. Jenny did an amazing job and was wonderfully responsive. Ultimately, to resolve all the items left on the check list, I was introduced to Dan Carpenter who, to this day, still provides assistance when needed on any topic or banking question I have. Dan did a wonderful job above and beyond what one could normally expect even in a potential account security situation. He provided great customer service. Thankfully, the good news is that there were ultimately no security issues and I am confident that the primary reason is due to the quick and thorough efforts of all three Honor employees I had the pleasure of working with and the security precautions they put in place.”

“The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is their policy on no hats. But this review aimed towards Lisa McNeel. I had a pretty bad case of fraud hit my account and I was not having a good time and I was sleep deprived. She was extremely patient, understanding and helped me get through the entire process and one of the other ladies that worked there, helped get my process going faster so I could get home and get to sleep. Lisa is outstanding and extremely helpful. I will gladly go back to this location because of her. Lisa deserves a promotion!”
“I would like to give a shout out to Desire. She has great customer service and overall just a good person. She’s non judgmental and will do all she can do to try to get you a loan. I just got turned down but it was understandable and I know for a fact she did all she can do. She’s the nicest person I’ve dealt with getting a loan with. Prior years ago she was able to get my credit card limit upped.”

I Had Ordered Checks At My New Address In Comstock & The, Were Stolen From My Mailbox Along With A Cell Phone & Some Jewlery. On 3 Seperate Occasions Mind You. MY ACCOUNT WAS EMPTIED! KALSEE Saved The Day! I Had To Get A New Checking & Savings Account After Having The Same One For Over 35 Years'! I just answered a few questions about the truck I was getting. They sent me an email with all the loan information I had the sign. I did the E sign and in lest then two hours I had my new truck. Whenever you come to this branch, you will notice that they are a customer first establishment. I have worked with the Branch Manager (Taylor) for the past five years, and I couldn't ask for a better adviser with my financial decisions. “Have always enjoyed doing business with Kalsee for the last 40 years, but just like my regular bank 5/3 and Advia CU when it came time to purchase a new car they wouldn't finance without a co signer. Really? My history backed by my credit score and the fact I could have paid cash, by touching my investments, didn't mean a thing. The car is paid off and it's been 3 years but I'm still bitter. Could have easily have been 5 stars. A bank I'd never heard of and who had never heard of me took my business making me rethink my loyalty.”
